Flying as an U18

So basically, me and a group of friends are planning a holiday abroad in the summer. We have accommodation sorted, and the only thing left to book is the flights.
We are planning to fly with EasyJet, but when getting through to buy the tickets, the page says they can only be booked by those of at least 18 years of age. Will it be a problem if I go ahead and book the tickets myself, despite currently only being 16 ad 17 on the date of travel?
Not a problem. You can travel on EasyJet regardless, ignore the website (http://www.easyjet.com/en/help/preparing-to-fly/flying-with-children)
"Children aged 16 years and over can travel on their own"
Suprised you're finding the flights hard, rare to find accommodation that accept 16-17 year olds due to liability!
