Percentage Uncertainties??

I'm trying to calculate the percentage uncertainty for terminal velocity in my experiment, (core practical 4- falling ball practical to determine the viscosity of the fluid) I'm starting with working out the percentage uncertainty of time. However ive taken two different readings - one for how long it took the ball to fall through the first half of the length of glass and the second reading for the second half. If I was to calculate the percentage uncertainty for this, would I take the mean average of the two time results? Or do them both separately and add them?
