How much would this dent+scratch cost to repair - roughly?

Biker tried to overtake me on the left as a single lane was merging in 2. He squeezed through the gap between a parked van and the back of my car - as i was moving into the left lane - to try and get in front. Bare in mind that there was a red light just 5 meters away. And he pulled that off in a cycle lane. The ****ing moron.

Anyway, his handle bar smacked against the side of my door and dented it slightly and caused the window seal to pop out along with a noticeable scratch as you can see from the picture.

Any idea how much this would cost to fix? Does the touch up paint Halfords sell work any good? How about the dent?

Thats a bloody good dink, did you get his plate? as that is not just going to cover with a bit of paint, ideally that is going to need to be pulled out, i would get a mobile dent medic type to quote on it if i were you
