Job prospects and earnings will make no difference whether to go to lsop or bath. Future employers do not base decisions on which uni you went to and they will not base wages on where you went either.

I have exactly the same problem as you Cujo, I have offers of ABB from both Bath and London School of Pharmacy, but I don't know which one to choose.
I've heard that for career prospects LSOP is the best university to go to but on the other hand Bath tends to get the better results, and is further up in the league tables. Although I don't think that employers really look at which univeristy you went to, more as how much you acheived at that university.

Dunno how many times I've said this but VISIT and decide for yourself which YOU like best and which would suit YOU best. It really doesn't matter where you go. What does matter is that you have a great time when you're there so it's best to choose the place that you think will be best for you!

schmoo face lol. I have considered those facts. Bath is 9th outta all of the universities in england at the moment. But im wondering about the student population there is very little diversity when i went there was only white students im scared i might not have anything in common with them.

you actually saw a white person at Bath  lol When i went for my interivew there seemed to be an abundance of chinese people..not that I have a problem with Asians but it was that reason that i was considering london, beacuse I didnt want to be the odd white girl lol! I'm positive it doesn't matter the colour of your skin, you'll fit in at whichever university you go to. When did you go for your interivew? just that we saw a very different mix of people x

Quite the contrary cujo. Bath has a really diverse student population, over 25% of the students are international students! If thats not diverse I don't know what is. lol

I don’t think there is much of a difference between the two in terms of future job prospectus and earning potential. Just go with the one you like best. If socialising is your main agenda then Bath I think.

Hows your decision making going Cujo? I finally decided to put Bath down as my firm choice and I cudnt be happier now
Lsop is my insurance

oo yeh go for it! Bath seems like a really good uni and now at least you'l know someone
I would choose Bath, as I think I would find LSOP really claustrophobic being surrounded by pharmacy students 24/7 and I think it would be more fun making friends from different courses.
Bath is an actual university and really high up in league tables, as opposed to LSOP being a school accredited by U of L.
I think to be honest with you, if you want to go into industry it is absolutely about whom you know, so it wouldn’t really make that much of a difference. Having said that though, Bath supposedly has close links with industry so you can get networking that way and it looks a lot better on your CV when Bath is actually on the league tables, where as (correct me of I’m wrong) LSOP isn’t?
Having said that though, I would be drawn to London purely for the city culture and brilliant clubs and nightlife, where as Bath isn’t exactly party central. (Nightlife credentials were first on my list of choosing what university to go too) Although, Bristol is 15 minutes away (probably the same distance you would travel from your accommodation at LSOP to the clubs in London anyway) and I know from first hand experience that Bristol nightlife rocks!!!!

Go to Bath!
Good luck whatever you decide.

(Also, I just remembered Bath is the ONLY Pharmacy where you can study a different subject in first year, a language, to help break up your timetable)

I do not study at Bath University so I am no way biased.

woah king britt you summarised it brilliantly. Thanks man. Yea LSOP isnt even on the league table and i guess bath will make a nice change from the busy life of london. What ive always wondered about is how come London School Of Pharmacy only offers a single degree yet it still is not the best pharmaceutical school in england nor is it in the top 3.
Haha....and what league tables do you find this information? They all say different things. Don't trust league tables.

AAB? For SOP? That's weird as the offer is usually ABB!
I'd choose Bath over LSOP. Bath, overall, is quite a top university. LSOP only offers Pharmacy (as an undergraduate programme), so perhaps you wouldn't be able to benefit from the material taught from other departments which is included in a Pharmacy degree. For instance, at Bath you may have a few lesson in Computing as part of the Pharmacy programme, therefore you'd benefit from their highly regarded computing department, if you get what a mean. This is purely personal preference: Bath is set in a nicely spaced campus (very green I'd expect) and there's lots of sporting facilities. LSOP is in London, so facilities would no doubt be limited. Also the cost of living would be more expensive. But overall, I think going to either university won't matter; they're both very good at Pharmacy.
