guy keeps following me at uni?

i've recently started university and i've realised that in one of my classes, i have this guy that follows me. like he would always sit a few rows behind or in front of me, even at lectures and it's kind of annoying lol. he hasn't spoken to me yet but i'm assuming thats because we havent had a chance to actually talk to each other as we are always in different groups in class or with a friends during lectures. also in a different class today, we were in a group and i started talking and this guy didnt even look at me which i found quite rude as i thought he wasnt listening and i started getting paranoid and i keep thinking 'what did i do?' he didnt make any eye contact with me at all and i keep thinking he has something against me :/ i'm so confused
