Student Finance have not told uni i am getting a loan? What? Who can help?

Ive been told by my uni that Student Finance have not confirmed my loan to them and i could be charged a late fee!!!!

Obviously im freaking out, so who can i phone or email?

I don't think student finance do have an email address. You should ask them for their esponse in writing when you phone up.
