Has anyone applied for FCA Supervision Graduate Development Programme?
How's it going?
I submitted my final part of application last week (motivational questions) and I am waiting now.

Has anyone had a telephone interview ?

I've applied for the Enforcement and Market Oversight Programme. It's been almost a week and a half since I sent off my motivational questions. How long did it take for them to get in touch with you?/ How long ago did you send off your motivational questions?

What is the best way to prepare?

Combat -> general questions- why the FCA, what kind of challenges the FCA will face?? why this programme?

Edit: No worries, got an email inviting me to a telephone interview this morning. Took two weeks and one day for them to get back to me.

I had my phone interview today and they invited me for an assessment center.

the questions for the phone interview were:

why FCA
Why this program
Challenges to FCA
example of team work
what excites you to work for the FCA
