Advice for situational judgement test?

I've been invited by an asset management firm. I'm kind of hit and miss with these types of test. I've passed and failed some. What is the company looking for in your answers?

Depends on the firm. Look up the firm's values/ competencies to see the approach they want their employees to take. There's no blanket answers. The right answer for RBS may not be the right answer for Goldman Sachs.
