Not an easy question to answer; the mass is probably around 750 billion and one trillion solar masses; Visible mass, stars, nebulae etc is probably around 200 billion solar masses, but the rest we can't see - known as dark matter and energy - is thought to account for it's true mass. The reason we think this is because the way the Galaxy rotates, could not be explained by 200 billion solar masses. So we have a bit of an anomaly.

Mass of the sun is 1.988 435×1030 Kg so that x 750,000,000,000 or 7.511Kg to 1,000,000,000,000 or 1012 Kg.

Milky Way is nice but Galaxy is better  Why is chocolate so astronomical?
