Physically dominant....Assume both people have same shoulder width etc etc, the taller one is likely to be dominant.

It is illegal to discriminate against a worker on the basis of their appearance, or a candidate for a job, yes it is. You have a girlfriend, you shouldn't be thinking about making a move on anyone.
