University of Maryland

Hey! Im currently in my first year at university in a university in UK and im going for an exchange programme so il be completing me second year university in Maryland.

How is this university like for people who know?

I don't go to UMD, but I'm from Maryland so about half of my high school class goes there now. Anyways, I would say UMD is a very good school for a public university. It's really big (maybe about 30,000?), so for me I would feel completely lost / overwhelmed there (I'm at a small liberal arts school with about 2,000 people). But if you want a big research university, then it's great!
