The Grime Society I

Hello all,

There have been a few threads on here discussing certain aspects of Grime but we don't have a hub to talk about everything Grime. For such an interesting, exciting and ever evolving genre, we need to give it the respect it deserves.

Well... here it is. The Grime Society.

In this thread we can talk, discuss and debate about all the latest tracks, productions, beefs, raves + more. Post your favourite tracks and build a Grime community on TSR. Keep it relevant and have fun.

Yeah I mean you can hate on MC's for doing the commercial **** but everyone makes mistakes. Back then the genre wasn't really getting anywhere unless you went commercial.

Look at all the corny **** that Skepta made back in the day compared to what he is making now. People jump at Chip for doing the mersh stuff but forget about all the other man that also did it.

EDIT: And my stance on the Chip vs. Bugzy situation. I used to listen to both but now I only listen to Chip.

I didn't even know what grime is. Then I saw Drum and Bass Father. So I went in the corner and cried because I realised people actually listen to that sort of music (tbh I'm the type that listens to Marilyn Manson and Mushroomhead so)

It really doesn't matter what your name is as long as you're sick. Yeah cool Chipmunk isn't the grimiest name you could have but at least it has substance. He looks like a Chipmunk loool. Where's the originality when a name like 'Bugzy Malone' is involved.
