P45 worry

I have just been offered a full time position after graduation. I have some worries.

1. How soon do I need to get my P45 from part time job, does this need to be ready when I start new job?

2. I did a week's work at a bad agency, didn't tell the agency who I got this full time position with to not get on the wrong side of them. This bad agency gave me a P45 so my new employer may wonder why I didn't put this work on my application form.

3. If anyone checks up on this bad agency can they bad mouth me even though they were at fault and is it best to leave them off c.v as it was only a weeks work?

Surely you only need your latest P45 for your new job?

I didn't get my P45 till after I started my new job as they only printed them on payday and my new job didnt mind. You will either go onto an emergency tax code or might start too late to miss the first months pay run anyway.
