Applying to ABB universities with ABC predictions?

I'm applying to 3x ABB universities should I apply or will I not get a offer? My predicted grades are ABC

It is slightly risky I would maybe have at least 2 or 3 BBB/ABC choices. But those choices that are BBB/ABC places that you don't want to go then don't apply to them. Worse that can happen is you don't get them and you have to work really hard so you can reapply in 2017.
