Who are third country nationals?
In terms of its definition? Does third country national literally relate to residents from another country with a different nationality or within the eu only? or other countries too?
Like is a turkish citizen in germany the same as a british citizen in germany? (the difference is turkey isnt a part of eu) are they both called a third country national?

Third country national? Not a national of the EU state in question or of another EU state but of a third country, ie a state outside of the EU.
