    What was the question? I can't really remember it properly.

    I have a vauge memory that the initial vertical velocity was 17sin60 - Is that right?

    So:
    v=u+at
    0=17sin60-9.8t
    t=17sin60/9.8
    t=1.5 seconds

    s=ut+0.5at^2
    s=17sin60*1.5-4.9*1.5^2
    s=11.06 meters

    I remember that's the answer I got now.

    Think i got 22.5 or something like that... wasnt too sure of it. It was three marks and they gave you gravity for some reason. That quesrion was the hardest on the paper though... Section C was good

    yeh, thats right. i havent done mechanics like that for over 1 yr..so i made a simple error (not make grav -ve)...i think it was worth 3 marks...i rekcon i got 1/3 of them put getting equation correct.

    yeh, Section C was a doss....i reckon i got either 27/28 on that section!
