I got an offer for Sociology from LSE on Thursday (and from Exeter the same day) and I'm so pleased, honestly thought they would reject me

I suspect so, I've been looking at all the "Living in London" things on their website over the weekend

Anybody in this thread with offers for Government, Social Policy or Economics Courses at LSE? When did you guys send off your UCAS for them?

Have an offer for Government and sent mine off on the 14th October

I got an offer for Government with AABC at AS, so I didn't do too badly. I would say to go for it seeing as your predicted grades meet the entry requirements, just make sure your PS is strong if you're worried

What tips would you give regarding your personal statement? Congrats on getting an offer btw

Thank you
And umm, I guess just making sure it's really specific/relevant to the course you're applying for is the most important thing

I got an offer on Friday for Sociology! It was my last choice yet to be confirmed and the one I wanted most, so I was over the moon... I literally made it my firm choice within 5 minutes!
Congratulations

I got 1A*, 2As, 7Bs, 2Cs and a D at GCSE, so pretty average
ABCC (retaking B and one C) at AS, average again
Need AAB for Sociology at LSE and I'm predicted AAB (unofficial A*AB but my teacher didn't want to risk it).
