Withdrawing form uni

Do I need to contact Student finance about my withdrawal, or does the university liaise with Student finance?
I'm also not quite sure how I approach student finance about funding for my degree at the university I want to apply to for next year. Do I have to restart the process and make a new application or do I just need to update the details of my last application for finance?

If you withdraw, the university will send us a change of circumstance to notify us of this. We will then reassess your application and send you a new entitlement letter showing you what you are entitled to if you have applied for maintenance loans and grants. If you have been overpaid, we will send you a letter to contact us about paying this back.

If you are looking to reapply for a new course next year, please use the same account. You can simply submit a new application on it for the 2016/2017 year once the applications are released.
