Premium Ensuite room available at Kirkstall Brewery warehouse, I am moving out for personal reasons, Im looking for someone to take to take my tenancy off me! Rent is £122.50 per week paid over two instalments. Sharing with 1 girl and 3 boys who are very nice and easy to get along with. The bedroom is furnished with a single bed, wardrobe, bedside cabinet, bookshelf, desk and chair. The room has an En-suite bathroom with a private shower, toilet and wash basin. Kitchens are furnished with a fridge freezer, kettle, microwave, iron and ironing board, cooker, vacuum cleaner, table and chairs. Free internet access available in every bedroom with cable and wi-fi connection. Theres a large Morrisons supermarket and a Home Bargains within a five minute walk. A multiplex cinema, bowling alley and restaurants is just 10 minute away. There is also a bar on the accommodation site called the Vault which is very cheap for drinks and a great social area for students.
