Defense - Exclusion of Liability
Is the exemption clause stating
"The Law Firm shall not be responsible for any loss, injuries, adverse consequences or harm of any kind suffered by Tammy as a result of any negligent act or statement done or made by the Law Firm or its employees."
reasonable for the law firm to avoid liability if its legal executive failed on negligent statement to its client according to Smith v Bush?
