BIOLOGY IGCSE Heart Disease Article

Hello,
I have a Biology assessment which is based on Heart Diseases and I have to create a article based on it and include the following:
Article reporting a link between a specific aspect of poor diet, or lifestyle and heart disease. Include at least one graph/data table,an image and 3 references at the end of my article.
I have no idea how to start it and it would be kind of someone if youcould help me out and if you could list some useful links
