Student houses withou combi-boilers
Who's lived in a house of 4 or more without a combi boiler? Me and 4 friends have found a house we really like for next year but it's a tank boiler, has anyone experienced this and found it to be a pain? Want to make sure everyone can shower etc.

Combi boilers can be a pain too, sometimes you have to run water for ages just to get any hot water at all. Depend how close your room is to the boiler. I've lived in houses with both, and would prefer not to have combi, if I had the choice.
