Pill stuck in my throat

I recently took a supplement type tabelet which was very big and now it feels like it's lodged in my throat.
I took it at around 6/7 and the sensation's still there.
I've tried:
-tons of water
-large pieces of barely chewed bread/other food
-loads of drink: hot water, coke
- back blows for choking.

Everything i've eaten has gone down but it still really feels like something's stuck in my throat.

I can breathe/talk,not coughing no pain but theres like a heavy lump in my throat and its making me feel like i need to throw up.

When is it a medical emergency & when should i go to the hospital? What should i do in the meantime?

The likelihood is that it's gone down as it should be has just irritated your throat a bit. I wouldn't worry about it, you are breathing and eating fine.

Just keep with the water and try sleep it off. Should go away hopefully/eventually.
Yeh, its phantom tablet syndrome. Lol... basically the feel of the tablet is still there, but its actually gone. As long as you can swallow normally and breathe fine, it really isnt there.
