can I apply for a foundation course but also an undergraduate course at the same uni? e.g. computer networking at London met. thanks in advance

Yes you can do both, but, if you plan on applying to one uni twice, that's not really recommended - but you can.

applying to one university for two courses in the same departments is relatively pointless since you could probably switch over to a different course in the same department should you be admitted to the university.
