I'd say let him be just England if he wants to. Admittedly, that might slow the pace of the game down, but surely not that much that it's an issue. It's not like we can't justify the United Kingdom breaking apart into its member countries.

To be fair in the last game I had all of Europe and South America, but Let's say UK then for the sake of brevity

Let's be real, I'm literally playing as the Tyrant Empire of Lesotho. I have also gone on to make a play for the Supreme State of Swaziland.

I think based on that, it'd be fair enough to have England over the UK! :P

Though, brevity is a useful thing to aim for.

I hope you realise that Swaziland is now my primary target. Cyber-Cuba has a trade deal with the Supreme State, you will not take our supply of unobtainium.
