If the country that is your Centre of Operations (CoO)’ is invaded, you loseand all your other countries go to whoever took your 'CoO'
you may change your 'CoO' ONCE PER DAY.You may attack any country that borders on you have already got, or any countrybordered by the OCEAN.(Seas and lakes don't count)
You may make three moves per post (a move can be anything from attacking ordefending a country, or moving your 'CoO'.
The chances of an attack being successful is 1/2, unless that country isdefended. on this case the chance decreases to 1/3.
You may only make three moves per hour (and only when I amONLINE)
You may form alliances with other people, but DONOT HAVE TO SHARE the fact that you are in alliance. Anycommunication between allies MAY BE done via the PM system (Private Messages)
You may attack the same country a limit of THREE times per day.

DEFENDING AN ISLAND NATION COSTS TWO MOVES
if you have an island nation as your CoO, attack successrate increases to 2/3If your CoO is invaded, but you have an alliance, one of your allies MAY invade that country and give it back to you. However, you will have tostart again with only one country.
An island nation is defined as: ANY SINGLE NATION COMPLETELY SURROUNDED BY A BODY OF WATER
You may only ocean attack a country that is bordered by the same ocean as yours
I shall post whether each attack was successful or unsuccessful at the end of each hour, as well as who owns what. this will make the game run a little more smoothly
