Skinnywashing of kids in TV and films
Have you ever noticed how most child characters in TV and films, and in kids tv and films, are skinny? And if they aren't then they're usually the subject of ridicule.
I think it's pretty sad that the media makes kids who are of heavier weights feel bad about their bodies. Kids should feel happy about themselves, whatever size. But it actually starts this young.
