Pretend episodes I to III were never released. Your life will be better if you are not exposed to Jar Jar Binks.

1, 4, 5, 2, 6, 3

Watch Episodes 4, 5 and 6, and don't bother with the newest trilogy.

In all seriousness, watch them in release order.

I liked Episode III a lot, though as ever there were some flaws

I've watched Episode II several times, more than any of the others, but I don't know why

I somehow watched I a lot when I was young; find it (and II) very boring now though. However I think III is pretty good apart from the usual acting issues..
