Spare room to let in central Headingley

I have a double room available on the top floor of an apartment block situated in central Headingley.
2 minute walk away from shops and bars in Headingley.
The apartment is over 2 floors with 1 bedroom a bathroom and the open plan kitchen/living room downstairs and 2 more bedrooms and another bathroom up a small spiral staircase.The room available is a good size with lots of natural light. Double bed, a large open wardrobe, a desk and a wall mounted TV is in the room.Two 21/22 year old female professionals currently live in the apartment and we are ideally looking for another female of a similar age to fit in. We're all really sociable and friendly and we are looking for someone similar! Student or professional welcome but if you are a student you must be willing to contribute to council tax.Bills are not included but are approximately £70 a month between the 3 housemates. We are currently using virgin fibre broadband (this is also not included).
