Just to let you know, my insurance said I wasn't at fault. They said the other lady entered my lane, when I clearly had priority, so there wasn't much I could do, therefore she was 100% at fault.

If you had your wits around you then you would have never crashed as you would have noticed the issue way before you did.
Learn from it! If you feel comfortable with it, think over the experience and try and figure out how and why it happened. That way, you'll be able to avoid similar accidents in the future. :smile: Happy driving!

If the car pulled out from a side road onto the road you are travelling on, you have right of way and she is at fault. She cannot "take" right of way by driving into the road.

Did she pull out when you are quite close to her?
