Rolling pin. Can be really useful in an asian/arab household for things other than cooking.

Sporks are legit.
Personally I'm all about the whisk- so versatile.

The way it brings ingredients together- and whip things up or makes things smooth.
Just fantastic.

I voted spatula, but I need to put an asterisk next to it:
*A silicone spatula
One of the most useful utensils, and the fact it's silicone improves it 100-fold. I could not go back to using a plastic one (although that's mostly because plastic melts when you leave it in the pan. Silicone doesn't.)

I hate the cheese grater. They're impossible to clean.
