I saw #MentalHealthPosi on Twitter today and it's basically where people tweet what their MI(s) are and perhaps a bit of back story. Basically, it's to show how strong they are for living with it and how at the same time what they have doesn't define them.
So, I thought we could carry on here!
Hey, I'm Tyler, and despite struggling with depression, alcoholism and drug addiction for years, I kicked ass in my A-Levels and got A*ABB at the age of 16. I'm now 17 and studying my dream subject at my first choice uni. I'm 6 months alcohol free, 11 months drug-free and super strong
