Is it too soon to ask her out?

We've spoken just the twice... and even though I know she likes me, I feel that it's far too soon.

Some people think otherwise and are suggesting I ask her out ASAP....

What are your thoughts?

You haven't said how long you've known her for.
The two times that you spoke to her where was it and for how long? If you're interested and you know she's interested you might as well go ahead and ask her to do something casual like meet for coffee.
Its 2015. You don't ask people out anymore.

This is a very good point, how long have you know her? how do you know she single? Is she the right one for you? I would wait a little longer, get to know her more. then move in for the kiss
