Recruitment event EE

I applied for a customer service job with EE on the 29th November and had a telephone interview today (1st) she said I don't excellently and that I've been invited to a recruitment event next Thursday (10th)
Could anyone tell me what happens for a customer service EE recruitment event? How did you find it? What questions should I prepare for?
