Question about GCSE modular resits and UCAS

I am about to send of my UCAS application and just checking it through.

During my final GCSE year (2013), I resat 2 modules in English Language, and achieved higher grades in both.

Do I need to declare my previous grades on my UCAS application even though they were not cashed in (or certified), in the August of the same year?

Thanks

Disclose all cashed in results.

So I don't need to declare them as they were NOT cashed in.
