80ppw bill inc - Double bed male student room available in Clarendon road

The room is spacious and is very well insulated so it's perfect to stay especially during the winter. Actual rent is 90ppw but I will pay a lump sum of 10ppw for the remaining weeks in one go to the new tenant. Bills include heating, water and unlimited wifi.

The flat has two toilets of which one consists of a shower/bath tub. There is an administration fee of £200 upon signing the contract but no deposit is charged.

The flat will be available from 14th December, the contract ends on the 28th June and the room is suitable for students only. You will be living with two other Leeds university students, one of them is a post grad, both are friendly and nice.

The flats are fully furnished and briefly comprise of a dining/living area with washer/dryer, four double bedrooms all with chest of drawers, double wardrobe, desk and shelves and a fully tiled white bathroom with shower. The flats have full laminate flooring and are central heated and double glazed throughout. Other attractive features include black Venetian blinds and large windows, some offering beautiful views of the city.
