Standard error of Shannon's diversity
In short I've calculated the Shannon's diversity of plant species from three study sites and plotted them on a graph, but today my supervisor told me I need to put standard errors bars on them. How do I go about calculating the standard error of Shannon diversity index values? I'm used to doing it with just standard sets of data but never this.
