Want to get into football coaching...

I want to become a football coach, it has always been a dream of mine, I'm not talking about Man United, Arsenal etc, I don't mind something small, but I was hoping one day I could go back to my home country and develop football there. The issue is how do I start of, also I'm not good at football at all so will that put me in a disadvantage?

Find a course offered by your County FA and check the entry requirements.

Have you ever played / were you registered with any kind of FA-associated club? I think lack of ability won't be a problem for Level 1 (apparently everyone passes it, even if they are drunk on the day). Level 2 may be a bit harder but you will have experience by then. At those levels the FA will just take your money. Level 3, however, is already UEFA B and it is very unlikely you will get onto a course.
