If you have paid and sent the application to school, and they have not yet submitted it, you can ask them to send it back to you to make changes.

If the application has gone to UCAS, then your options are fairly limited - see

https://www.ucas.com/ucas/undergraduate/apply-and-track/track-your-application/making-changes

Note the seven day deadline for changing university choices, and the longer deadline for changing course choice at a university.

Note that you can add choices if you did not use all five.

In particular, if you have used all five choices, and now want to make a different choice, and the seven days after the application went to UCAS have elapsed, then your only way to apply to a different course at a different university is to withdraw all five choices and then to wait for Extra to open on 25 February (after the equal consideration deadline of 15 January). In Extra you can only make one choice at a a time.

You cannot create another application in the same year.
You can add another choice if you haven't used all of your five choices within a time limit. You can also subsitute a choice within 7 days of sending of your application.
