Retail management - Bournemouth or Leeds Beckett?

I have received a conditional offer for 300 points for retail management at Bournemouth and an unconditional offer for retail management at Leeds Beckett if I firm them. I thought my first choice would be Bournemouth but I am worried that if I do not get 300 points then I will not get in and will have also lost my unconditional offer from Leeds Beckett. Is it likely that if I don't achieve 300 points for Bournemouth then they would take me with slightly lower grades?
