Are you asking if every thing was the same but the perpetrators was white (he might be actually can't remeber there being any mention of race in the articles) then I am pretty sure it would be publicised. There are white supporters of Isis.

If you mean there was a stabbing but then there was no mention of Isis I don't think it would be publicised, white or non white.
