EU try to seize control of UK troops

The EU are about to pass a measure giving them control of UK troops, they would be able to deploy UK troops to other EU countries against the will of the UK Parliament and even if the government of the other EU nation opposed it?

The source is the Daily Mail... I highly doubt that's actually the case. Tbh I don't think the Daily Mail even counts as a news source it's so bigoted....
