Has anyone ever worked at a Theme Park? Alton Towers, Thorpe Park...

I hope some of you can help me! I am writing an assignment about seasonal workers at UK theme parks. I would like to know a little about the following:

- Were there opportunities for 'employee voice', e.g chance for you to say how you were feeling.
- How did management communicate with you?
- Do you feel like you were treated well?
