If 170*3 is a beltless dead PB, what's your max? Seems like it won't be much above your paused squat...

You are correct, 180kg is the most that I've ever pulled beltless (which I have paused squatted for a single multiple times, belted)

Beltless deadlifting is new to my roster and perhaps I will pull more soon.

It's probably worth mentioning that my belted deadlift and squat pbs are 205 and 195 though, so my deadlift is not significantly higher than my squat. I'm also a slow descender in my squat and feel very comfortable in the hole.
06/01/2016

Strict Press, 60kg 2, 70kg 2, 80kg 2, 85kg 1 PB
Push Press, 60kg 3, 70kg 3, 80kg 3, 90kg 1 1 1 1 1
Beltless Paused Squat, 100kg 1, 120kg 1, 130kg 1, 140kg 1, 150kg 1, 160kg 1

Everything over 100kg was a technical PB. I've been playing around with this variation for a few weeks now, beltless pausing 100kg here and there. The final single did not feel like my limit, maybe 170+ by the end of the month.
90 minutes of 5-a-side
Banged my finger between plates in Wednesdays session and its been ridiculously blue and swollen since, hence the couple of days off.

As a result, tomorrow morning will feature a big squat set. This will either be an attempt at a 200 single, or repping 160 depending on how my last warm-ups feel.

Afterwards I'll do what my finger will allow (hopefully yoke and log).
Okay, so I didnt deliver. I forgot how bent the bars are at the gym that I go to on a Saturday. Still got some heavy singles in though and managed to work around my finger to an extent.

Squat, 180kg 1 1, 190kg 1
Axle Deadlift, 141kg 5, 161kg 2, 181kg 1 (ouch)
Bench, wu2 110kg 4
Yoke, 140kg 30m, 190kg 30m, 240kg 30m

Competition yoke in Feb is only 220kg for 30m, so I'm confident that I'll smash that.
11/01/15

Beltless Paused Squat, 120kg 1, 140kg 1, 160kg 1
Paused Squat, 170kg 1, 180kg 1, 185kg 1 PB
Squat, 160kg 8 PB
Pendlay Row, 100kg 2 PB
13/01/16

Beltless Deadlift, 100k 3, 140kg 3, 160kg 3, 180kg 1 1
Extreme Deficit Beltless Deadlift, 160kg 1
Strict Press, 60kg 3, 70kg 3, 75kg 2 2 2 PB , 60kg 8
15/01/16

Beltless Squat, work up to 160kg 1
Squat, 170k 1, 180kg 1, 190kg 1, 170kg 5
Bench, 100kg 5, 110kg 3, 120kg 1
Beltless Deadlift, 140kg 1, 150kg 1, 160kg 1, 170kg 1, 180kg 1, 140kg 8 PB

The 170 for 5 squat was an equal pb and the 140 for 8 was a pb by virtue of not having tried to do 8 reps of beltless deadlift before.
Going to smash some AMRAP FTO log tomorrow, probably deadlift again as well (axle).

Never used a belt myself.... do they help much in terms of the weight you can get up?

About 25kg in the squat and deadlift for me.

I regularly train with one though, so I guess that I am well practiced at using it.
16/01/16

Car Pull into Push, 15m
Yoke,140kg 30m, 190kg 30m, 240kg 30m 30m

FTO Log, 45kg 1, 65kg1, 75kg 1, 80kg 4 PB
FTO BB, 70kg 1, 80kg 1
CGBP, 67.5kg 10,72.5kg 10, 77.5kg 10, 10 10 10 8

Stone Over Bar, 90kg 3 3, 105kg 2 PB

Good Session. The log is the weight of the comp to AMRAP, so at least I'll be getting a few.
17/01/16

Deadlift, 180kg 1 190kg 1 180kg 2
Bench, 110kg 1 120kg 1 100kg 6
Incline Bench, 70lg 5 80kg 5 90kg 5
Shallow Incline DB Bench, 32kg 12 12 12

Wasn't expecting a lot from this session after the last couple of big days, wanted to train with a friend though so went anyway.
21/01/16

Hammer Strength Pull Down 8 8 8 8 8
ss with Pressups 15 15 15 15 15

ss with Machine Row 10 10 10 10

Straight Arm Pushdown 10 10 10 10 10
ss with Tricep Pushdown 12 12 12 12 12

On an away job and the hotel only has a 'multigym', hence the above.

You are correct, Zyzz though an inspirational individual is not my role model.

That being said, I'll never be anything.

Cheers for the miration though
