Swapped Course want to swap back

Hi, I'm a first year uni student - I took business and management but didn't really give myself enough time to work through it and changed to sociology and media studies. It was a spur of the moment thing and is something I'm really regretting as I want to do business and management. I was just wondering whether it would be possible to swap back after first year? I'm just really worried that they won't take me seriously but I'm not enjoying and seriously regretting changing.
Yh you should be able to. But I would contact the uni.

Okay thanks. Hopefully they'll let me change over summer. Don't even know why I changed :/
