Biology Olympiad 2016

So last year I did the Chemistry Olympiad and managed a bronze. I'm doing the Chemistry one again this year and aiming for a high silver maybe gold! :s-smilie: This time round will be my first Biology Olympiad; anyone got any tips or could tell me how they found it if they've already done it? I have a B in A-Level Biology and wasn't too far off an A, although I just say I'm more of a Chemist than a Biologist and I feel like I won't be able to naturally think like a Biologist to deal with the Biology Olymoiad.

Also, what further reading are you all planning on doing to prepare?

Revise everything on the kidney - lots came up
Revise all of Tissue Culture, there was an 18 marker on it. Also, you need to have learnt the names of all the amino acids, and the exact primary structure sequence (all 141 amino acids) in order. I think i forgot a base on the question for please sequence the entire human genome, but maybe they'll let me off because i got the other 199,999 right. Might have put a cytosine instead of a guanine, awks!!!!!!!!!!! Oxford Brookes looks like my best bet now.
