Hiya all!
I have a room available: very close to Cathays stn, [so good for USW students] for Cardiff University students; [5 minutes from bus stops to Llandaff/ Cyncoed campuses for Cardiff Met Uni students]. Also close to local shops (big Lidl and a tesco and Co-op) and to town.Ground floor room, furnished, bright, in a newly refurbished 6-bed student house in quiet location at the end of a cul-de-sac (I'm leaving to move into a house with coursemates).Rent £350 a month, available from January 8th but can do earlier!Flat amenities include a washing machine and tumble drier (same item, can be programmed to do both) and a dishwasher. Huge shared kitchen space with table and couch and large television. Fifa is often played, otherwise good for movie nights.
