Help! Ways Local Authorities can work with the private sector to support communities

Hello all :smile:,

I am trying to put together a presentation for an interview and finding it a bit difficult.

I am unsure whether they want me to come up with new ideas or talk about what is already happening.

The questions is:

"How can Local Authorities enhance its relationship with the private sector to maximise its benefits to the community and what are the mutual benefits and overlaps both sides contribute to the relationship"

So far I have spoken about:
Housing- how they can work with private landlords etc
Sustainability- working with private companies to encourage them to use local authorities waste management service etc
Education- forming partnerships with education recruitment agencies to reduce the amount of cost spent on agency fees etc

I don't feel like I am answering the question properly and its getting really frustrating spending hours on something I am not sure it right.

I would really appreciate any advice you can give
