Honestly, I'm worried about all interviews because this whole structuring your answers thing is killing me!

Ethical scenarios are the least of my worries haha. More concerned about the personal questions and making a good impression. Well I haven't prepare much. Read up on how nhs dentists are paid and some common dental diseases, specialisms and the uni. For barts, I'll br reviewing my ps as its a panel interview so it's probably very important.

I may be having a mock interview tomorrow not too sure tbh.

Wbu?
Does anyone know how long the interview lasts? I'm scared I'm gonna run out of things to talk about

Cardiff yh, also for Barts I'd say don't worry bout things to say. The style is traditional right so often it'll just be a back and forth

Have they read you ps when interviewing you? i heard otherwise but i guess thats a good place to start. getting general ideas on how to answer main questions about dentistry, think ill need to brush up on my ethics too.

I guess they'll just ask about specific things in your ps like your work experience. Yeah ethical scenarios drive me crazy might look over some

YH they'll ask you a bunch of different things, so I meant don't be scared of running out of things to say - cos you said you were :P

If you have me I won't be asking you anything technical about endo or perio don't worry...most of my colleagues still quiver at the thought of a clinical viva.

Ahaha that's good to know, are you a student at Barts orr??

3rd february

"Once candidates have reached the interview stage, only the scores achieved at interview will influence potential offers being made." You need 52/60 points at interview to get an offer. Do you know how many people usually get offers? They interviewed 44% of applicants in 2014 which is quite high :/

Just found this thread now lol. I have mine on the 3rd too!
