No. But- remember to take into consideration other foods that may have been consumed including colas & cigarettes as these may affect reaction rates on top of the coffee you're probably using.

Yes, a guy in my bio class did this. Put a load of numbers up on a wall and measured the difference in time between how long a subject under caffeine took to find a given number compared to one who didnt. Not a very good experiment to do, think of the percentage error, different people's reactions to caffeine, purity of caffeine (usually mixed with other stuff, ephedrine etc), other stimulants taken, natural reflex times, stopwatch timing, the timers reaction times factored in etcetc.
